April 16 - 19, 2026 - South Central Area Rover Rally Land Rover enthusiasts from around the region will be coming to Barnwell Mountain Recreationa Area for the 2026 South Central Area Rover Rally (SCARR) hosted by the Texas Rovers. The park will be closed to public during this event. Additional information is available from the Texas Rovers web site.

April 25, 2026 - TMTC General Membership Meeting The public is invited to a general membership meeting hosted by the Texas Motorized Trail Coalition on April 25th at the main pavillion.

April 30 - May 3, 2026 - Lone Star Toyota Jamboree Toyota lovers will be headed to Barnwell Mountain on May 1st for the 2026 Lone Star Toyota Jamboree. Attendees will enjoy some great Texas style outdoor fun and comrodery. The park will be closed to public during this event. Sponsored by Toyota Jamboree.
